ELITEAM is excited to announce that we’re creating a Summer Workout Program to launch in May! It is designed for U12-U16 athletes, and in true ELITEAM fashion, will include fun and gritty physical workouts along with elements of Sports Psychology and Sports Nutrition. As always, our goal is to build “complete athletes”.
This will be an all-encompassing resource for U12-U16 winter athletes to follow at home, all summer long. It will build strength, power, cardio, agility and core, as well as work on mental skills like goal-setting, focus, grit and confidence. And of course we’ll tie it all together by emphasizing the importance of quality “fuel” by providing a nutritional focus, challenges and healthy recipes each week!
