Bulk orders can be placed anytime.
The more you order, the bigger the discount!
- Retail: $40 per Journal
- 25-49 copies: 10% discount = $36.00 each, plus shipping & taxes
- 50-99 copies: 20% discount = $32.00 each, plus shipping & taxes
- 100+ copies: 30% discount = $28.00 each, plus shipping & taxes
Either the discounts will be applied automatically at check-out (based on quantity ordered), or you can use a Bulk Coupon Code.
Budgeting Options for Clubs:
We realize that everyone has a budget and cost can be a factor. Here are a few ways Clubs can address this issue.
- PLAN AHEAD – When it comes time to set your budget for next season, build the cost of the journals into your program fees.
- COVER YOUR COSTS – Planning phase already passed? Purchase the journals in bulk and sell them directly to your club members at cost.
- TOO LATE TO BUY IN BULK? Encourage your club members to purchase their journals directly from ELITEAM’s online store.
Customization:
For Clubs interested in customizing or branding the Journal, we can do that. However, custom orders must be placed by October 1st and a minimum order of 50+ Journals is required.
Customization Options:
- Add your Club’s logo to the cover.
- Use your own cover photo/artwork.
- Add up to 20 pages (10 sheets) to the front end of the Journal. For example, you can add your Club’s Vision and Mission statements, along with any other worksheets or info for your racers.
- We’re happy to discuss your ideas, just give us a shout.
Customization Costs:
Custom Fee: $500 (flat fee for separate print run)
Design: $200-$500
The cost of customization varies depending on how you choose to customize the Journal. As a rough guide, it typically costs $200-$500 for design time.
Additional Pages: $50-$100
This covers the additional print costs of adding your own pages to the Journal. (If you only customize the cover, you will not have this additional cost.)
Shipping: $100-150
Customization Schedule:
October 1st:
Your Club’s logo, customized copy and/or cover artwork must be provided by October 1st. A proof of your custom design will be provided to you as soon as possible after October 1st.
October 15th:
Your final approval will be due by October 15th.
Logos: Please provide a vector file (ex. ai or eps)
Photos: High-res. (If you choose to use your own artwork for the cover, please ensure you have the rights/permission to any photos that you provide.)
November 26th:
Journals will be delivered by Thanksgiving but if you’re in a rush, let us know. It may be possible to expedite the process to accommodate delivery for the first week in November.
