In addition to the workouts, daily notebook sessions cover the fundamentals of Sports Physiology, Psychology and Nutrition. Athletes will also visit the kitchen for a lively cooking class and nutrition workshop.

This five-day camp is open to all young athletes ages 9-13. Doug Lewis, two time Olympian and World Championship medalist, will lead an energetic and qualified staff of coaches. This camp is in collaboration with Utah Olympic Park and Park City Ski & Snowboard. Register via PCSS and come join the fun this August at the Utah Olympic Park!
This summer ELITEAM is offering a high-level, off-season dryland training camp for young athletes ages 9-13. ELITEAM’s unique approach teaches young athletes about Sports Physiology, Sports Psychology and Sports Nutrition. ELITEAM’s goal is simple, to build strong, confident, “complete” athletes.
For almost three decades ELITEAM’s mission has been to inspire and educate young athletes. With a focus on hard work, learning and fun, ELITEAM is designed to prepare athletes for competition by equipping them with the physical, mental and nutritional tools they need to maximize their performance on the slopes, field or court - all while having fun!
With a focus on building athletic proficiency, ELITEAM offers a wide variety of cross-training activities that are used to improve each athlete's power, strength, balance, agility and coordination. Sample workouts include ropes courses, sandpit slalom, slack lining, mountain biking, ski-specific exercises, obstacle courses, hiking, soccer, yoga, team-building games, crazy relays, funky dance, circuits, body weight strength training, quick-feet slalom, in-line skating, leg routines, USST exercises and more! In addition to the workouts, daily notebook sessions cover the fundamentals of Sports Physiology, Psychology and Nutrition. Athletes will also visit the kitchen for a lively cooking class and nutrition workshop.
