SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY
Mental strength is critical to success on race day. Your confidence, attitude and ability to handle stress will enable your mind to be at its peak, so your physical and technical strengths can shine through. We teach grit and perseverance, focus and concentration, visualization skills, how to deal with distractions, competition day plans, learning from failures, and how to handle stress, fear and anxiety. We practice gratitude, goal setting and loads of positive self-talk!
