ELITEAM Refunds:
DIG DEEP GYM MEMBERSHIPS – INITIAL ENROLLMENT: Try it for 14 days! We hope the Dig Deep workouts become a valuable part of your athlete’s training, but if you are unsatisfied with the gym membership for any reason, ELITEAM will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To cancel your membership, email your cancellation request and membership receipt to digdeep@eliteam.com. ELITEAM will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment within 10 days.
DIG DEEP GYM MEMBERSHIPS – AUTO RENEWALS: You may cancel anytime. If you cancel your membership within 7 days following your auto-renewal, your membership fee is eligible for a refund. Please contact ELITEAM at digdeep@eliteam.com if you would like to request a refund within this 7 day window. ELITEAM will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment within 10 days, minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations received after 7+ days following your auto-renewal will not receive a refund but will ensure your membership is not auto-renewed after your membership period ends.
DIG DEEP EDUCATIONAL COURSES: Decide after the 1st Lesson! Have your child complete one lesson. If you are not satisfied with the content or feel the lessons are not appropriate for your child’s age or ability, ELITEAM will issue a full refund (minus a $10 service fee). To cancel, email your cancellation request and course receipt to digdeep@eliteam.com. ELITEAM will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment within 10 days, minus a $10 processing fee.
TURN KEY TRAINING CLUB/TEAM MEMBERSHIPS: This program is non-refundable. We highly recommend that you contact us directly to discuss the Turn Key Training program in advance, to ensure that it will meet your needs. We are happy to provide you with a sample session, discuss the program in more detail, and answer any questions you have.
JOURNALS, GEAR & CLOTHING: We hope you love your ELITEAM products, but if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return your item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. ELITEAM will refund the amount to the original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. All returns must be in new, unused, undamaged condition. ELITEAM currently doesn’t cover the cost of return shipping. ELITEAM only accepts returns with a copy of your receipt. Mail your ELITEAM item and receipt to:

Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Items are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).
Exceptions include:
- Bulk orders (quantity of 13+) are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx and may take 3-10 business days for delivery.
International Product Shipping:
- The ELITEAM store is currently set up to ship within the USA only. However, we are happy to ship to any country. Please contact us directly to inquire.
- Canadian orders (with a quantity of 6 or less) are shipped via USPS with a flat rate of $31 USD, take 6-10 business days and include tracking & insurance.
- Please note, customers outside of the US are responsible for all additional international shipping charges including, but not limited to: Customs Taxes/Duties, Import Charges, Brokerage Services fees and Processing fees.
