Tuition Payments:
You will be billed the full camp tuition at the time of registration.
Deposits:
Your child’s registration includes a $300 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit (which takes effect April 1st).
Cancellation Policy:
Submit all cancellation requests to Abbey Quinn at Gould Academy.
Cancellations made before April 1: Full refund.
Cancellations made between April 1 – June 1: Full refund minus the $300 non-refundable deposit, for any reason (e.g., injury, illness, schedule changes).
Cancellations after June 1: You will receive a full refund minus the $300 deposit only if we are able to fill your child’s spot.
Cancellations within one week of your child’s camp: No refund will be issued.
Wait List Policy:
When all openings have been filled, applicants’ names are placed on separate wait lists for boys and girls. You can add your child’s name to the wait list via the registration link. There is no fee to be on the wait list.

Cell Phones & Communication Policy:
Cell phones (and all electronic devices) are NOT permitted at our overnight camps. We also do not allow campers to make or receive phone calls, as these calls are often distracting and can trigger homesickness. To maintain a positive camp environment, any camper found with a cell phone will be sent home.
Roommate Requests:
We do not take roommate requests for our World Cup camps (ages 11-14). Roommates will be assigned randomly and age appropriately.
Electronics:
Electronics are NOT permitted at camp. (A digital clock with an alarm is ok.)
