Tuition Payments:
You will be billed the full camp tuition at the time of registration.
Deposits:
Your child’s registration includes a $300 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit (which takes effect April 15th).
Cancellation Policy:
Submit all cancellation requests to ELITEAMsummer@killingtonmountainschool.org. If a cancellation is made prior to April 15th, a full refund will be granted. If a cancellation is made between April 15th-June 15th, for any reason (ex. injury/illness/change in plans), you will receive a full refund minus your $300 non-refundable deposit. If a cancellation is made after June 15th, you will receive a full refund minus your $300 non-refundable deposit ONLY if we are able to fill your child’s spot. In addition, any cancellations made within one week of your child’s camp will not receive any refunds.
Wait List Policy:
When all openings have been filled, applicants’ names are placed on separate wait lists for boys and girls. You can add your child’s name to the wait list via the registration link. Cell Phones & Communication Policy:
Cell phones (and all electronics) are NOT permitted at our overnight camps. In addition, ELITEAM does not allow campers to make or receive phone calls, as we have found the nightly calls to be a distraction to campers and source to trigger homesickness.
Roommate Requests:
We do not take roommate requests for our World Cup camps (ages 12-14). Roommates will be assigned randomly and age appropriately.
Electronics:
Electronics are NOT permitted at camp. (A digital clock with an alarm is ok.)
