Today at ELITEAM… we started the morning with a last run through of the ELITEAM dance where our CPR, Meat Grinder and Sprinkler moves were perfected. We stretched out our muscles and mentally prepared ourselves for Sufferfest which included: hill sprints, pushups, burpees, core, box-jumps, rock twists, and rock sprints. We ended the morning with a Riverwalk where despite the rain and colder weather, campers were all smiles as they splashed upstream. After a quick lunch and change of clothes campers got ready for the Sandpits, where they practiced their Slalom turns on two practice runs and then a final race run. Following dinner, campers gathered back up for relays and the jello drop! Congrats to Jabes… our Jello Drop Champ!
