ZOOM COACHING
SESSIONS INCLUDE:

TECHNICAL

  • Video Review:
    Athlete will submit 1-4 videos before each session (free-skiing, drills, gates, races)
  • Evaluation & Prep:
    Doug will evaluate and prepare a zoom training session with an eye towards both technical and tactical skills
  • Training Recommendations:
    Doug will recommend drills for athlete to work on between sessions
  • Building Blocks:
    Each week Doug will go over the previous weeks’ training and how the racer can get more out of each training session.

Doug will work with your athlete to develop and master the following mental skills so he/she will get more out of every training day and have a better chance at success on race day!
