February 11: Deadline to decline your child's registration and receive a full refund of your deposit
We typically have high demand for our Vermont overnight camps, but our other camps and clinics may fill more gradually. When demand exceeds our available space, we defer to a Lottery system for registration. To participate in the lottery, submit an "Enrollment Request" for your child anytime January 15th-21st.
If you are new to ELITEAM, you can create an account in advance by clicking the "New Family" link in the side bar. You will then use this account to submit an "Enrollment Request" when registration opens.
For your convenience and timely notification following the Lottery, all Camp Lists and Wait Lists will be posted online Monday, January 29th. Official Camp Confirmations will follow later that week (Jan. 30- Feb. 2).
Option to Decline Period:
If your child gets into camp via the lottery, you will have the option to decline that registration and receive a full refund of your deposit up until February 11th. Please note, however, that deposits become non-refundable after February 11, 2018. (See Registration Policies below.)
Post Lottery Registration:
After the conclusion of the lottery, all enrollment requests will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis for any remaining spots or for the wait list.
2018 REGISTRATION POLICIES
Enrollment Requests & Deposits:
No deposits are required to submit an 'enrollment request'. However, your credit card information will be collected when you submit a request. Your card will ONLY be charged a deposit fee if your child receives a spot in one of the camps/clinics. If your child lands on a Wait List, you will not be charged a deposit fee. Deposits are $250 for Camps, and $50 for Clinics. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.*
NOTE- * The one exception to the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit policy is the 'option to decline' period for athletes registered via the lottery only. The 2018 'option to decline' deadline is February 11th.
The balance of your child's tuition will automatically be charged to your primary credit card on file in your account on June 1st. If we do not receive this payment, you will be notified via email to let you know that your credit card was declined (ex. expired, cancelled or insufficient funds). If we do not hear back from you by June 8th to let us know when to expect payment, we will assume that your plans have changed. We will cancel your child's camp reservation and register the first child on the waiting list. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover cards accepted. Sorry, no checks.)
Wait List Policy:
When all openings have been filled, applicants’ names are placed on separate wait lists for boys and girls, by session, in the order in which they are received. You can add your child's name to the wait list via the Registration link by submitting an "Enrollment Request". There is no fee to be on the Wait List, and it is ok to add your child's name to multiple Wait Lists. For more information about the Wait Lists, click here.
